At Desert City Firearms, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we’re here to help resolve them fairly and efficiently.

Custom Products (Kydex Gear & Cerakote Services)

All Kydex holsters, magazine pouches, handcuff cases, wallets, and Cerakote-coated items are custom-made to order. As such:

  • All sales are final.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for custom products unless the item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.

Firearm Transfers

We do not offer refunds on firearm transfer services. Once a transfer has been initiated, it cannot be canceled. It is your responsibility to ensure all firearm purchases comply with federal, state, and local laws before initiating a transfer.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. If the issue is determined to be our fault, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If this occurs, we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
