Effective Date Terms of Service April 10, 2025

  1. General Conditions By using this site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to purchase the items listed in your state or locality. Any violation of these Terms may result in termination of your access to our services.
  2. Products & Services We offer custom Kydex gear, Cerakote coatings, and firearm transfer services. All custom work is made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that build times may vary depending on demand and complexity. 
  3. Firearm Transfers Firearms are only shipped to Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders. You are responsible for ensuring that your receiving FFL sends us a copy of their license. We will not ship any firearm until the FFL has been received and verified. 
  4. Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. Payment must be completed before any product is built or shipped. 
  5. Shipping & Delivery Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on timelines and carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers. 
  6. Returns & Refunds Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged during Terms of Service shipping. If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with photo documentation. 
  7. Cancellations Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom-made items. 
  8. Intellectual Property All designs, product images, logos, and content on this site are the property of Desert city firearms and may not be used or reproduced without written permission. 
  9. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or misuse of our products or services. 
  10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of El Paso County, Texas. 
  11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
