Processing Time
Orders for Kydex gear and accessories are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders or Cerakote services may require additional lead time—usually 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item and your location. Shipping rates and options will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers within the United States only. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in purchasing, please contact us to discuss possible accommodations.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Firearm Transfers
Firearms are not shipped directly to individuals. All firearm purchases or transfers must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer. You are responsible for ensuring that your receiving FFL provides us with their license.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We’re not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll gladly help you file a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
Local Pickup
If you're in El Paso, TX, we offer local pickup by appointment. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we’ll contact you to schedule a time.
